The purpose of the job is to increase revenue for the company by meeting sales targets through new customer addition, retention and client servicing of existing customers.
The incumbent would also be responsible for meeting revenue collection targets.
Client Escalation Management and Coordination with respective business functions internally.

· Drive sales with the product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm.
· Check, maintain & adhere to the BD administration process.
· Key Account Management
· Closely interact with the business functions to understand and resolve customer queries.
· Good verbal communication skills & presentation skills to put across ideas & thoughts to customers effectively explain the products & provide support.
· Basic analytical skills to understand business & market trends, to read, monitor MIS reports.
· Effective negotiation & persuasive skills to convert a prospect into sales at the desired rates.
· Ability to plan ways to meet set targets & schedule the daily activities.
· Able to build rapport easily to increase contacts & build relationships.
· Good time management skills to allocate time appropriately to achieve addition, retention & collection objectives.
· Proficiency with sales related software and CRM.
· Prefer someone from Healthcare/ Pharmacy / Medical Equipment sales and BD background
